Introduction
This blog is mostly just a place I'm posting any notes I make while studying Rathlin Irish.
My main reference is "The Irish Language on Rathlin Island", available at archive.org.
For a blog with more detailed discussion on Rathlin Irish, head to the Rathlin and Glens Irish blog.
Obligatory disclaimer: I'm just a hobbyist, I've no academic background in any linguistics background and I am not a fluent irish speaker.
I would say the current world expert on Rathlin Irish would be Ciaran Dunbar (Ciarán Ó Duibhín), who has published multiple books on East Ulster Gaelic and has collated research notes on his website.
